Have you wondered if the corn is roasted or the meat is grilled? What are the differences, and what are the benefits of each?
Grilling and roasting are two closely related cooking methods that use dry heat to cook food. However, there are some differences between the two:

Grilling:
- Involves cooking over a charcoal or gas flame
- Food is placed on a grill rack over the open flame
- Best suited for thin, tender cuts of meat, such as steak and lamb chops
- Gives food a crispy, golden brown, and charred texture
- Requires more attention due to the direct flame
- Cooks food quickly, giving it a browned and charred appearance.

Roasting:
- Involves cooking in an insulated box over a set temperature
- Food is cooked indirectly, with hot air inside the box
- Best suited for larger, tougher cuts of meat, such as lamb's leg and chicken
- Produces a crispy exterior and a juicy interior
- Cooks food more slowly than grilling, allowing for a more tender and succulent result
Requires less attention than grilling, as it uses indirect heat
